The furnishings are complete and of a high standard. The spacious, sheltered garden with a veranda and outdoor kitchen, combined with its location, make this holiday home a true paradise. The beautiful living room features a spacious sitting area with a TV, stereo, fireplace, and a large dining table for eight. The luxury kitchen is ideal for preparing a hearty dinner.

De Pierewaaier features four bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. The three double bedrooms are all located on the first floor, while the fourth bedroom is downstairs in the basement and has two single beds (80x200cm). The beautiful bathroom has a bathtub, two sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. Towels are provided. The spacious garden offers plenty of privacy and features a private outdoor kitchen, a dining table for eight, a Weber barbecue, and a comfortable lounge area with a parasol where you can relax until late at night. Two private parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. A third car can be parked on the park's inner ring road.

From De Pierewaaier, you can walk to the beach entrance of the pleasant family beach of Sint Maartenszee in just 25 minutes. A beach cart is available for you to take to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll have your own lockable beach cabin! It's available from May to September and includes 2 loungers, 8 beach chairs, and toys. De Pierewaaier is located at Park Duinland. This park offers several facilities, including table tennis tables, a tennis court, and several small playgrounds. Various children's attractions are nearby. The surrounding area, with its many nature reserves such as Zwanenwater, De Putten, and the Schoorlse Duinen, is perfect for beautiful cycling and hiking trails. Nature lovers will be in their element! This property is exclusively available for tourist purposes and, for reasons of tranquility, is not rented to groups of young people. The minimum age for a responsible tenant is 25!
